PSP Game Downloads

This is part one of a new PS1 games montage (Don’t forget to watch part 2 as well.

This is footage of PS1 games as played on a PS2 with texture smoothing on (wherever applicable) to give the games the best visual presentation possible. All of these games are from my own personal collection with the exception of Spyro 2 and Xenogears which I used demos to get footage of, because the fans of both would complain if I did not represent those games.

Consider this as a revising of my old and dated 100 PS1 games vid. I lost the original footage of that vid when a hard drive crapped out on me, and I uploaded it when youtube had stricter restrictions on video size, so I had to upload it in a degraded quality.

I’ve decided to revisit my original 100 PS1 games vid, and add more games, and a lot better quality. Also, you’ll notice that I now have the names of each game up for you.

The vid ended up being too long for Youtube’s length restriction, so I had to split it up to make it fit.

Also, consider every game in a series shown to represent that particular series with the exception of Final Fantasy, and a few others. I wanted to keep the repetition down.

Note: I just realized that I mislabeled Final Fantasy Chronicles (Chrono Trigger) as Final Fantasy Anthology. Nobody’s perfect I guess, so take note that Chrono Trigger is indeed on Final Fantasy Chronicles, and not anthology.

*to extract multi-part games just put the parts in the same folder and open any of the pieces and exctract the ISO.

*the PSP on my PC not an emulator.

*if you reach the download limit just unplug your modem and plugit back on and you should be able to download more.

*if you have custom firmware but you still cant play the games press SELECT on the XMB and a menu should popup just change the UMD driver to m33 no UMD and it will work.

1. PSP with custom firmware 3.52 m33 or higher
I have 3.90 m33-3 .
Sonys original Firmware does not work with these files I will be making on this video
However If you dont have custom firmware you can Buy Ps1 games from the Playstation Store

If you would like to Install custom firmware on Your PSP
U need a PANDORA BATTERY and a MAGIC MEMORY STICK

2. Any Ps1 CD can be used for this just make sure there not heavily scratched. You can also Download Ps1 iso , IMG , or bin files and use them with POPstation.

3. To extract the Image From A Ps1 CD You will need to Download .
Slysoft CloneCD

4. To Convert the IMG , ISO , Bin .. Ps1 games into eboot.pbp ( thats the PSP game format)
You will need to Download

After downloading CloneCD and POPstation
Grab any old Ps1 game you might have Put it on your Computers DVD/Cd drive

Start Clone CD
The PS1 game will load up and then you will have to press
( Read to Image File ) Select your CD-reader
There will be a list of options Pick (GAME CD )
Browse and Save IMAGE to your Desktop Press Ok
And wait a couple of Minutes when cloneCD is done you should have 3 files on your desktop IMAGE , Image. Sub , and image.ccd , Delete image. Sub and image.ccd those files are not needed ( the important file is the IMAGE)

Start Popstation GUI Browse for the IMG file on your desktop and double click on it after that select Output Directory and pick your Desktop

You can customize the Eboots appearance icon and backgrounds by making .PNG files with Microsoft Paint or any other picture editing software.
The thumbnail icon ICON0.png = 144 x 80
The background Image PIC1.Png = 480 x 272
The Gameboot.png = 480 x 272
(Gameboot.png pops up when you start the game)

To add sound onto an eboot you will need a program called ( GOLDWAVE ) and the ( .AT3 ) Codec installed on your Computer

Put all the Pictures were they belong Preview the eboot to check if everything looks alright

After all that is done Press GO and wait for the IMG to convert
Ok now that POPSTATION is done it will ask if you would like to transfer the Files directly to your PSP press *NO* !

Exit POPstaton

You should have 2 Files on your desktop Named ( Eboot and KEYS )

Now connect your PSP to your computer .
Go to My computer and pick your PSPs drive letter
My PSPs drive is removal disk ( L: )
Yours might be different

Once youve opened go to PSP then GAME make a New Folder in the GAME folder
And name it what ever you like just make sure the name is not to long.
It should be like this
Removable disk / PSP / GAME / Digimon 1 ..or w/e you named it

Now DRAG & DROP or COPY and PASTE
EBOOT + KEYS into the folder you created

DONE!

Now Disconnect your PSP from your computer

ON your PSPs XMB Menu go to the GAME icon/ Memory stick
Ps1 game metal gear solid , harvest moon How to put Digimon world , Digimon world 2 & 3
Digimon card battle , digimon rumble arena ,
Crash team Racing (ctr) Spyro , Legend of Dragoon ,
