Watch in High Definition! Classic Game Room HD reviews MAGIC BALL for the Playstation 3 PS3 video game console. This Arkanoid meets Cast Away video game is available from the Playstation Network store for a few dollars and packs hours of old school fun with a new twist. Do you like Atari 2600 paddle games like Breakout, Super Breakout, Warplock and Warlords? Then check out Magic Ball for the PS3, although sadly there is no paddle controller. This CGRHD review has Magic Ball gameplay and footage from the Magic Ball downloadable video game from Creat Studios. It harks back to days at the arcade forking over coins into Arkanoid machines except with bright and colorful 3D environments that pop off the screen. Machine gun pirates, ponies and princesses, user laser cannons against castles and multiball against dragons. Magic Ball may be a bit slow for some old school fans looking for a crushing challenge, but just the fact that someone recognizes this awesome genre is enough to get all classic gaming fans excited. Classic Game Room HD reviews DIGGER for PS3 Playstation 3, a remake of the 1983 PC computer game by Windmill Software. Digger is downloadable from the Playstation Network and has several new additions that the PC version was without. First of all it has HD graphics and looks great. Digger has been remastered, reworked and re-designed… BUT, it also has the original version of digger with emulated CGR graphics! Fans of the old school classic will be overjoyed to see this. Digger is from Creat and looks similar to the excellent Magic Ball in many areas. Contol a digger through underground tunnels and collect diamonds and bags of money while avoiding bad guys. You have some defense and can shoot but it takes a while to reload. Gameplay is similar to Mr. Do and many ways, and Dig Dug fans will also find much to rejoice about with Digger. All hail retro-remakes with new and old versions attached, very cool. This CGR review of Digger has gameplay from Digger on PS3 showing game play from the Playstation 3 in action as Digger runs in HD.

If you have any questions about any of these games, please don’t hesitate to ask. I’ll be happy to answer any questions (providing they’re not linked to “how to download” or “how to complete”).
Please don’t be too harsh with the comments or ratings because I spent a while researching games, their sales and their popularity to piece this list together as well as including some of my personal favourites.
I know you will disagree with some of these but I feel that I made the right choice with most of them.
